When I was growing up, I never for once imagined that I would be spending a good part of my adult life outside Malawi🇲🇼. But life took me to Zimbabwe🇿🇼, United Kingdom🇬🇧, Botswana🇧🇼, Namibia🇳🇦, and at present back on the European continent.

Dont get me wrong, I have welcomed every move. I have looked forward to new adventures every time I had to pack and settle in another country. I have enjoyed each and every country I have lived in and felt like I left a part of me when I left only to find another part in the other country.

But home is home, nothing can replace it.

So I seek it in food, clothes, books, anything that can bring it close. On this blog I muse about the Malawian things that bring me close to home🇲🇼
